Ando num ginásio porque sei que o exercício físico faz bem e apesar de não emagrecer mantêm-me rija e com os músculos duros. Não e muito sacrifício ir ao ginásio mas se pudesse, ou seja, se obtivesse os mesmos benefícios sem ir ao ginásio então não ia. Tem horários e tenho de me deslocar, certo que não e muito mas implica horas e a mensalidade (26 euros de mensalidade, 2 vezes por semana em que costumo fazer spining e pesos em aulas de grupo que ‚e o que gosto mais). Então estive a pensar que vem o verão e que podia muito bem correr pois acho que desgasta mais sempre ‚e ao ar livre e não tem horário específico. Claro que o exercício não ‚e o mesmo pois nas aulas que costumo ir os exercícios são específicos e nos pesos fico dura em zonas especificas, a correr acho que se emagrece por todo o corpo e penso que os resultados são mais visíveis. Quando vou ao ginásio tanto faço aulas das 19h ‚as 20h chegando a casa perto das 20.30m ou das 19.30m ‚as 20.30 chegando a casa perto das 21h. Janto logo mal chego a casa pois mais tarde não conseguiria dormir de estômago cheio. Ao correr tenho mais liberdade de horários pois a partir das 18h já poderia correr e não precisava de ser 1 hora seguida (nem conseguia pois no ginásio fazemos 1 hora de aula mas temos uns segundos de paragem entre as musicas) bastava 30 min no inicio. Estou a ponderar essa solução.

Not a lot of sacrifice and go to the gym but if I could, that is, the same benefits be obtained without going to the gym so I was not. Have time and I have to move, and certainly not much but involves hours andmonthly (26 euros monthly, 2 times a week I usually do weights in spinning andgroup lessons, and what I like more). So I was thinking next summer and could very well run because I think most always wears, and outdoors and has no specific time.Of course the exercise is not, and the same as in the classes that usually go are specific exercises and weights get tough in specific zones, running think that losing weight throughout the body and I think the results are more visible. When I go to the gym much do lessons 19h, 20h arriving at the house near the 20.30m or 19.30m, the20:30 arriving home close to 21pm. Dine as soon as I get home ill later could not sleep a full stomach. When I have more freedom to run for hours from 18 hours couldhave run and not need to be followed by one hour (or could do in the gym for one hour of class but we stop a few seconds between songs) had only 30 min at the beginning. I am considering this solution.
